ERPNext training for your team

People are the difference between an ERP that is installed and one that is used. We train users on their own processes, give administrators what they need to run the system, and offer a four-week ERPNext course, live and recorded.

Training for every role

What people need to know depends on what they do in ERPNext.
Users

User training

Module-based sessions for the people who enter orders, invoices and stock, using your own documents and processes.
Process owners

Functional training

For the people responsible for accounts, stock, sales, buying, manufacturing or HR: how their module is set up, why, and how to handle the exceptions.
Administrators

Administrator training

For the people who will run ERPNext: users, roles and permissions, customization tools, print formats, data imports, backups and upgrades.
During implementation

Implementation-linked training

Part of every implementation: workshops with your company’s own data and a step-by-step onboarding guide, so teams learn on the system they will use.

Common questions

Can training be arranged for our team only?
Yes. Training during an implementation is planned around your team, your modules and your own data. Tell us what you need.
Do we need ERPNext experience to join the course?
No. The course runs from beginner to advanced, starting with installing and configuring ERPNext.
Is the course live or recorded?
Both. Sessions are live, and the recordings are available for three months.
